Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake detailed external wall and façade surveys in line with current legislation, industry standards, and best practice.
- Provide technical assessments and advice on façade systems, fire compliance, and remedial solutions.
- Prepare clear, accurate, and compliant technical reports for clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
- Work closely with the project coordination and delivery teams to ensure effective scheduling, site access, and project completion.
- Identify defects, risks, and areas of non-compliance relating to façade performance and safety.
- Ensure full compliance with company health and safety procedures at all times.
About You:
We are looking for a qualified and experienced professional with a strong technical understanding of façade engineering and external wall construction. The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience working as a Façade Engineer or in a similar technical role.
- Strong knowledge of external wall systems, façade materials, and inspection methodologies.
- A solid understanding of relevant building regulations and fire safety guidance.
- Excellent report writing skills with strong attention to detail.
- Confident communication skills and the ability to engage with clients and project teams professionally.
- A full UK driving licence and the flexibility to travel to sites nationwide.
