We are seeking a skilled and experienced Façade Engineer to join our growing team, delivering External Wall Surveys and technical façade assessments across the UK. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role on high-profile projects within a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake detailed external wall and façade surveys in line with current legislation, industry standards, and best practice.
  • Provide technical assessments and advice on façade systems, fire compliance, and remedial solutions.
  • Prepare clear, accurate, and compliant technical reports for clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
  • Work closely with the project coordination and delivery teams to ensure effective scheduling, site access, and project completion.
  • Identify defects, risks, and areas of non-compliance relating to façade performance and safety.
  • Ensure full compliance with company health and safety procedures at all times.

About You:

We are looking for a qualified and experienced professional with a strong technical understanding of façade engineering and external wall construction. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience working as a Façade Engineer or in a similar technical role.
  • Strong knowledge of external wall systems, façade materials, and inspection methodologies.
  • A solid understanding of relevant building regulations and fire safety guidance.
  • Excellent report writing skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Confident communication skills and the ability to engage with clients and project teams professionally.
  • A full UK driving licence and the flexibility to travel to sites nationwide.
